Use these tools when you need to combine ideas or concepts, or when you have to make choices and want to be sure that you correctly evaluate all alternatives.

How

After diverging in order to generate as many ideas as possible, you now need to converge to go to the next project phase. Convergence tools help you make decisions about what are the best options. Beware of the paradox of creativity: don’t choose the secure ideas if you created a lot of creative new ideas.
